Great service, knowledgeable, understanding, and patient staff. Times/waiting lists are always an issue for GICs but i’m aware Northampton has one of the shortest. I felt listened to and I also felt the treatment was progressive- on one occasion even non binary identities were discussed which was great to hear. During all of the physical checks I felt safe and there were always 2 members of staff present for those so that was good.

Suggested improvements
Waiting lists and times- a national issue but an important one. It’s not necessarily Northamptonshire’s fault though, funding needs to be put into GICs and staff need to be upped. Other than this blanket issue, Northamptonshire GIC have been great with my care.
