I received excellent care. The physiotherapist was knowledgeable, caring and professional. Right from the first telephone appointment through each face to face appointment, I felt that I was listened to carefully and got expert advice. This led to a treatment plan which was realistic, manageable and very effective. The portal to record my progress is an excellent development and kept me motivated to do my exercises. Having the short videos to refer to was reassuring.
The opportunity to receive such excellent service and care through my local hospital was very welcome and much appreciated.
