We were given enough attention which is available. I am my husbands carer and understand there is no further medication available and we have been referred back to our GP.
At the end of the day it is down to me, the carer, to find help.

My CPN [name removed] is quite an astute gentleman and has Norwegian roots. He is a good listener, although a little quirky at times and I do like his sense of humour most of the time. He is prompt and efficient and usually on time, I feel he does his job well.
Suggested improvements
CPN a little hard faced at times and over worked/stressed. Apart from that all good!

Thank you for your candid feedback which I have passed on. You are correct that staff are pressured as demand for the service is ever increasing. However we are reviewing how we provide community mental health services to better support staff and patients.
