I transferred to this clinic from one in London after an abysmal, inhumane experience. From the very first contact with the clinic administration team there was a warm, friendly and compassionate feel. This has been maintained by each and every person I have met and worked with throughout my care now extending a few years.
The clinic and the way its run to the attitude of all the staff is an example of just what can be achieved by motivated staff in the NHS.

I would like to put something constructive here, but I have failed to think of anything valuable.
