At the end of my wife life. They gave us the support we needed.

You could have been here longer and more often. But I realize that you have limited amount of people.

Thank you for your feedback. We will take on board the feedback around the team being present longer and more frequently. We are limited by the number of staff available and the number of patients we care for, but how to expand the service is something we plan to explore over the next 12 months

Thank you for your feedback. Hospice at Home will always ring and confirm a time for their visit, this is always done the day before their visit or on the morning if the visit is happening in the afternoon.

Every member of the team give [name removed] and I superb care with kindness { } and compassion I could not have managed without them. He was so appreciative of their help as the became his able.

Everyone went over and above what was never expected, more than the extra mile! They were like friends with special skills.
