My mother did not want to die in hospital and as her condition was terminal & she was not expected to live long Hospice at home ensured she was transferred to her home as quickly as possible. She/we were then provided with care & support until her death. The care of the nurse attending was amazing and importantly ensured my mother did not die in pain.

I have said very good because the care my mum had was amazing and the support my sister I had was also amazing.
Do not know how we would have managed looking after mum without the whole team and the wonderful age { } ladies.

I cannot think of anything that would improve the care that was given.
