Really cant see anything that could be improved with this exercise program. It was well thought out and executed by very caring staff - while taking into account a wide range of differing physical abilities.
Highlight of the week during a very difficult time of being isolated/locked-in for nearly a year.
The course provided just the right impetus to become more active.
For me personally it has gone along way to restoring the strength in my legs and consequently has increased my confidence after having 3 falls.
