1) First class care all round services provided just like staying in a first class hotel.
2) The time delay between presaging the call button 9 someone could appearing could be shortened. But when someone does arrive the service is fantastic and couldn't be bettered!!
3) I am sorry that answer appear to be negative.
4) From the treatment I have received from the staff I don't know how it be improved.
