The only let down to this wonderful service was on one occasion and rang bell to be let in - staff were busy that day so took rather a long time, after repeatedly trying to use bell to be let in still no answer about ten mins had passed. We knocked on the "Matrons" window so she could let us in. She did then let us in. We felt sorry for the staff as they do such a good job and believe this should be identified.

Thank you for your feedback, we have communicated with staff to ensure that they answer the front door call bell as soon as possible. Unfortunately, if the team are involved with patient care, this can delay the response times to the front door call bell.
