This review is of WOP and maternity.
Referred regularly to WOP for monitoring with my 4th pregnancy due to complications with preeclampsia.
I went several times to women's outpatients and on every visit the midwife’s and assistants were caring, supportive with excellent communication skills keeping me up to date with all my results and the plan. I felt safe and very well cared for, all staff went above and beyond. Special thanks to Danielle WOP and Linda midwife assistant on maternity and many more couldn’t have got any better quality of care if went private.
I. was recently admitted to Willow c ward where I was treated extremely well, with utmost caring and friendly staff, also on cardiology ward with the same caring and thoughtfulness .Thankyou to you all from R.M. Graham.
People have been kind and patient.

Private company in charge of cleaning are letting the Cumberland Infirmary down.. Dry blood (No mine)stains on the floor of toilet, under the bed and on back on bedside cabinet.. I watched, different cleaners every day for over a week supposedly clean my side room, with own bathroom
, NOT one learner Cleland the dry blood off the side of the mirror or any other areas has mentioned... I suspect that, the food must have been edible before been transported, then microwaved I.e. Over Microwaved... Bake potatoes were glowing Orange inside and shrunk... Nursing assistants are just, that, nursing assistants , without a "Nurse" to help assist, "Some" of these bored giggling gossiping assistants..

The doctors were very helpful
Mr Marshall
Can't praise the staff at CIC highly enough. Whilst treating my daughters broken leg, she was seen timely, efficiently and with the upmost care by all staff. Professional clinicians to friendly, cheery ancillary staff.
Thank you
