I was diagnosed on a monday and treatment started 2 days later. I was pleased that immediate action was taken.
The lifeblood suite is a lovely environment where i feel comfortable to receive treatment. The staff are friendly and the environment is clean. What would make the service better is if i had more details about the next phase of treatment so i know what to expect.

Julie is a very caring and understanding nurse. She explains eveything for you and helpful for any queries i have. My aftercare has been good and i have no complaints.
