I received very good care during a visit to A&E on Thursday. I was seen by a triage nurse within 10 minutes of my arrival, then waited to see a doctor. I was there just over 5 hours, but had various tests and saw several different members of staff. I felt my complaint was taken seriously and checked out thoroughly.
Thank you to all the staff who looked after me.
