Good friendly staff who genuinely care. Nothing is too much trouble and staff go out of their way to make you feel settled and at ease. Cash and friendly, reassuring. Answered questions. Change of shift - didn't know I'd already been to the 100, pain relief tablets prescribed couldn't be found. Neither affected my care. It was a positive experience.
