I was treated respectfully and with kindness as well as a friendly welcome. I was pleased to hear a clear explanation and guidance of my particular issue. I was pleased to be able to be shown clear images with explanation. It would've been so helpful to have been seen much sooner but obviously the wait cannot be helped. Nearer the time, my appointments were altered on 2 occasions but it didn't matter as I was informed in good time and given a new appointment that suited.
