Natalie was great in working with us to give practical approaches and tips which made a difference. I was also able to attend another teams parent call with the stammer specialist which was also helpful for more info.

It was a little slow to get from referral to any help or contact but I understand it's a busy function!

Sarah Povey is amazing. She had helped me with a lot of information, she answered to all of my questions, and she gave me helpful advice for all the concerns that I have had. She is doing all her best to make sure that you have and know everything that you need to. She is the best.

I found the DNs performed their duties professionally and with a great deal of dignity and made me feel very dignified of which I felt very good about the whole experience

Time keeping is very limited but I do understand that they are dealing with people and you cannot be at my bec and call all the time. But overall things work out very well.
