My experience throughout the time we worked together for my sons needs the staff were reassuring, informative and very patient, that along side the information they provided and support in the next steps I should take made me aware and confident to meet his special needs.

Sarah has been so supportive to me and my family since my son was born in September 2023. Dylan had several issues within the first few months after he was born and she was very helpful liasing with his GP regarding trialling changing his formula due to suspected CMPA. My eldest was born March 2020 so Health Visitors were incredibly limited. To have such wonderful support this time round has been lovely. Sarah listens to my concerns without judgement and helps ease any worries I have. We are very greatful for her support and knowledge.

Absolutely fantastic health visitor, spotted signs of a serious health issue after it had been missed by other healthcare providers. Can't praise highly enough!

Jenny came to our house twice and with your kindness gave me all information she had about what to do if… I’m Portuguese, grew up in Brazil where my mom lives and someone like Jenny is all we need to feel confident and comfortable with the beginning of our new mom’s life. I just would like to thank you Solihull team for the support and amazing staff. Bless you all
