What can I say, you saved my life by the side of the road after a very bad motorcycle accident.
The surgeons have assured me that if it wasn't for your immediate care I most probably wouldnt have survived.
I don't remember much as I was sedated as soon as you arrived, but I've seen my notes, the injuries you had to attend to, some of them extremely nasty.
All of the witnesses mention how amazing and professional you all were.
One was a pharmacist, he was very impressed with the skill and speed shown.
Thank you, I owe you all a debt I can never repay.
