I found Sophie Fisher extremely through in her assessment of my needs and am thankful for the support offered to help me find a way forward.

I was hoping to have a direct referral for targeted therapy, such as trauma and regulation of emotions, but understand I have to await support from therapy for you.

Kathy was so supportive and understanding , I was happy to speak to her about my mental health she did not make me feel judged and spoke to me on a level where I felt like I was human and talking to a friend

Whilst I have been in hospital I have experienced very good care. The staff have been kind and supportive.

I think that I could have been notified about me care I will receive and to help me in the loop so that I do not panic and worry.
