The nurse gave my child excellent care and attention making sure he felt comfortable. She was not rushing him at all.

The location was very impractical. My husband and I had to travel from Galleywood meaning having to take time off work & petrol. No parking on site. Surely, you should be able to find a location in the County town of Chelmsford? Galleywood in itself has several venues all with good parking. This includes the library (can be hired when closed to the public), the Youth Centre, Keeene Hall, The Heritage Centre (which has three halls). The Social Club may be another option. Therefore please consider alternative venues in the future.

I found the whole experience with all members of the team excellent. Very informative and after such a traumatic episode that I had certainly put mind at rest. Also Caroline of the Heart Failure Nurse was highly approachable friendly and informative answering any questions I had. I wish to pass on my extreme thanks for what has been a very positive experience.

When I initially booked my appointment with Ryan he was so patient and helpful , fitting us in around our busy home schedule. I recieved a text message with all the details of my booking and the day before the appointment - this if fab. The appointment at witham health centre went very smooth . In and out in 5 min!!

The nurse that administered was incredible. My daughter was extremely anxious and ended up crying before she’d even had the first shot. The nurse was so so good at talking to her softly, giving her choices and information that calmed her down resulting in both doses being given without a flinch. An asset to the community.

The help, advice and support I received while under the care of Kim Young was exemplary in all respects. She was very sympathetic and attentive to my needs and to my circumstances and kept me informed at all stages. This mirrors the treatment and care that I have received from all of the members of staff that I have been in contact with during my time in the Southend area. My experiences could not have been better.
