I have received help from Matthew Moody for mental health and medication needs. He was consistently polite, professional and friendly, and his calm, empathetic manner helped me feel supported. Treatment was always given with care and respect. The staff always offered good care and advice. Exercise options were shown and given. Encouragement to be able to have the confidence to move forward with recovery was always given.

I have always felt safe in the care of my therapists. My therapist Elena is so caring, easy to open up to and talk to. I have learnt a lot about myself from our sessions.

Vanessa is an Amazing nurse. She is consistent caring compassionate and emphaatitic . Her approach to the issues I was facing , the way she communicated and listened to me was outstanding . Her assessment was effective . Her adopted a holistic approach drawing in personal and proffessonal experience . This made a huge difference and it was vital in enabling me feel safe . And For the first time in many years I felt i was not alone , and there was hope to the issues I have been struggling with for years . She was relentless in finding a long term / lasting solution . Knowing that my situation did not only require support from mental health but additional support She did her best to identify this and gave appropriate advise . And did her best to advocate and work with me to achieve this goal. I felt listened to I felt heard. She is an asset to the team she is in . And a great mental health nurse.she is an inspiration.
