I have rarely had to put up ith such poor service I am classes as a high risk client and should have at least 2 visits a week and i am lucky to get one This has been going on for months and no communication at all. Mrs L Collins

Suggested improvements
Get the high priorities right and at least have the decency to inform clients without us us having to ring the office ourselves Mrs L Collins
