I am the deputy manager at Brookfield and today community was great with the team and we managed to have a great activity session with the person we're supporting and the IST team.

The people were very welcoming and kind despite me not feeling too well after.

The service and people were very nice I personally don’t think there is anything for improvement everything was perfect

The nurse was nice and calm. She made sure I felt okay before explaincing the process

I was seen by Dr [name removed] and she made me feel comfortable and listened to me. She explained things clearly and I felt that she genuinely cared about our interaction, I learnt a lot from her and am ever grateful for her help and professionalism. I will take forward what she told me and explore the next steps she has informed me of. I would just like to thank Dr [name removed] for seeing me and helping me and i apreciate her time.

The referral time is a long time i feel, but this is more of a general point. When it came to my experience dealing with [name removed] [name removed] I have nothing but positive feedback to give.
