All members of team brilliant.
Excellent service throughout the process always felt informed and left every appointment reassured. The community midwife team are amazing and they have excellent teamwork. I cannot speak highly enough of them of all my experience of the NHS the community midwife team illustrated the fundamental.
Absolutely wonderful staff always make me feel at ease and welcoming
I am under the BHRUT fatigue management services with OT Amelia Goldsmith- Lister.
The service I received was excellent in terms of content and support. I felt that the care was appropriate and tailored to my needs. It was incredibly helpful to learn about baselines, stress management and to hear other people's experiences and thus feel less isolated.
Had my first infusion today and looked after by Kim and Zina. They were all extremely efficient and took the time to answer the many questions I had. They also made sure I was comfortable and kept me updated with every stage of the process. A really positive experience ! Thank you!
why offer the service if noone is going to answer spent half my day waiting now
I would like to offer my apologies for the wait you experienced when accessing our service. We do attempt to see all patients as close as possible to their appointment time, or as quickly as possible when accessing our walk in emergency service. If you would like to contact the service to discuss this further with me, or the department manager, we would be happy to do so.
waited for 2 and half hours in your 'waiting room' with no indication of how long it might take or anything shocking service
I am sorry that you had such a long wait when attending our service, and that you were not kept informed as to why, or how long the wait would be. We do attempt to see all patients as close as possible to their appointment time, or as quickly as possible when accessing our walk in emergency service. I will discuss with our reception team as to the importance of keeping patients informed. Thank you for taking the time to feedback to the service. If you would like to contact the service to discuss this further with me, or the department manager, we would be happy to do so.
