Jigna was so patient and understanding of me and my situation, even though I was in distress and struggling with my emotions at the time.

All the staff from the morning all the way up to being seen and treated last minute wee spectacular, although my initial call to arrange an appointment on the day lacked compassion and empathy with my circumstances. If it wasn’t for Jigna and the staff at reception on the day finding the time to see me, my mental stage of mind would have been much worse
