I felt the whole system was efficient, friendly and Covid safe. The staff were welcoming and I was seen promptly. The admin staff have a backlog due to COVID redeployment so letters were slow to be sent out but they answered phone calls and emails when I made any queries.

Dr Olmar El- Gaby is excellent, first appointment and very impressed, listened, interested in what you had to say and didn’t feel rushed and explained everything and very thorough, excellent service, credit to the NHS

The staff are great especially sister Medows. I find going there better than at hospital. Parking is easy, getting there is better too. The walk from car park to the door short distance is great.

Fantastic team at Hollinswood,i have seen Sister Alison meadows for many years and has been very supportive,kind and helpful especially when i have been at my worst.
Sandra and staff are always very approachable and go out of their way to help and Lexy the nurse who takes your blood etc is like a breath of fresh air......
