Share review of Community Hospice

I am relatively new to the hospice am being treated by the palliative care team. I find the support comforting and much appreciated. Am in touch with my nurse regularly by phone and home visits. Attend tea & talk sessions which I find helpful as nice to meet others and feel you are not alone. Also have attended the online fatigue course which I found very helpful. Good to know there is someone there if and when needed going forward.
