I didn't know what to expect coming home from hospital, as didn't get the best information from them during my discharge.
The physiotherapy team came out quickly and my wife and I were very relieved to have the help. I was encouraged and supported throughout my treatment at home and very grateful they could come out to see me. I was able to gain my independence back and am almost back to my previous self. I wouldn't be where i am now without your assistance. Thank you very much.
My wife stated she found it helpful for a partner to know what a patient was capable of physically and what we were trying to achieve and what the goals were.
