Everything was prompt. Even though I was early I was seen straight away. Receptionist was welcoming and polite. The premises were very clean and had a pleasant smell throughout. The nurse was kind and friendly. In fact we had a lovely conversation when she was attending. The consultant was very friendly welcoming and reassuring. He explained everything thoroughly and was very patient and attentive. I did not feel intimidated or rushed. He gave me all the time I needed and listened to my story with empathy. It was a very positive experience.
