Having been housebound and unable to work due to advanced Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, I had no hope left of regaining my health. I found a fantastic surgeon privately at the Cleveland Clinic who performed Thoracic Decompression surgery, giving me my life back. I feel truly thankful to the surgeon & the excellent care provided by all of the staff at Cleveland Clinic.

Silly detail but in lavatories toilet paper on back of wall, hard to reach resulting in it falling on floor. Also bon in pts toilet needs to be opened by hand I think? But otherwise spotless . Thank you.

I worked for Cleveland Clinic London for 4.5 years and it was great to see how it's come alive with the 2 clinics & the hospital. The service at 24 Portland Place was great and I felt I was given the attention needed by every caregiver.
