The hospital is great. The building and facilities are amazing. My specialist is fantastic (Doctor Tomlinson), I am just really annoyed that for the third time I had to wait more than 25 minutes for a blood test. I can perfectly understand and do accept any delay with a specialist but can’t understand why I had to wait for a pre booked blood test.

The entire staff and all nurses are excellent. Prof Cobb and Dr Rima both are very kind and I am very much thankful to get them as my surgeons. They have clarified all doubts. Also food quality is very good and tasty. The cleaning staff s are also done cleaning bed and room maintaining hygiene. I am very much satisfied with the service.
