Arriving from a place of not really knowing where the origin of what I was experiencing, working through the various investigative exams and arriving at the cause and consequential operation was clear and understood. I felt I was included and was made to understand each and every step.
Suggested improvements
I rate the care, diagnosis, operation and after care as excellent.
Once the diagnosis was in and the required operation scheduled, the consultant worked through everything that was going to happen, explained everything and made me understand everything, including risks and side-effects.
The facility, the compassionate and knowledgeable staff and the space and quiet to heal was really appreciated and useful.
