reception poor. we went to 4 different receptions before getting to endoscopy area. seemed overkill on staffing but was also frustrating as passed from one to another. first front receptionist was poor as i had to spell my name 4 times and explain who i was seeing etc before he found me on the system, to then say you need to go to desk down the end of ground floor

Suggested improvements
sort out reception.. please be clear once on hands of nurses and doctors everything was excellent


attention to detail and feedback before and after from medical team including consultant
