Cleveland Clinic London Hospital

I had very good care throughout my stay at the Clinic. (7 days in total). All the staff were exceptional. From the nurses who looked after me in intensive care to the staff on the 5th floor, everyone gave me the confidence that I was in good hands and would reach my goal of going home. Having got home, I was able to call the 5th floor for advice and also I was able to text Professor Wendler with any concerns and had immediate response and care advice.

The whole experience was very reassuring and supported our excellent consultation with Dr Zarate Lopez who took the time to properly understand the issue, throughly explain her findings and to reassure with next steps.

The hospital is great. The building and facilities are amazing. My specialist is fantastic (Doctor Tomlinson), I am just really annoyed that for the third time I had to wait more than 25 minutes for a blood test. I can perfectly understand and do accept any delay with a specialist but can’t understand why I had to wait for a pre booked blood test.
