The stars given, unfortunately do not relate to the hospital itself. I can’t give 1 or no stars as this might reflect badly on my consultant, who was absolutely amazing. The hospital, however, not so much. I’ve had treatments at Claremont before it was taken over by Spire and it was amazing. However, in the short time it’s been owned by Spire, I’ve seen huge changes in communication with patients, standards and attitude. I hope I’m wrong but I feel that under Spire, patients will be treated as a commodity with all the warm, friendliness and amazing treatment of private patients lost in its money making ethos. I want to know I’m getting value for money and valued, as a hospital, I no longer feel that way. I will be using the consultant I usually use but will be going to another hospital to do so for any further procedures. Spire need to show price patients they are not NHS patients, rightly or wrongly. If I’m paying a lot of money, I feel I deserve the distinction.

I recently had to stay at Claremont Hospital for breast implant removal and mastopexy due to ruptured implants. Dr. David Lam was very informative and supportive from start to finish. He is a very talented surgeon. I am very pleased with my results. I had excellent aftercare from all the nurses who I came across. I would highly recommend Dr Lam to anyone with similar issues like I had. Brilliant Hospital.

I have recently had surgery at this hospital and highly recommend it.
The hospital is smart and clean. The room I stayed in overnight was spacious and quiet.
Every single member of staff that I have had contact with at the hospital have been friendly, caring and professional, and have provided an excellent standard of care.

All the staff were extremely polite and understanding. The nurses where very caring and explained what they were about to do. They were reassuring and said that I could always contact them if I had any concerns. Everyone I had dealings with is a credit to the hospital.

On this occasion I was an out patient but previously I was in inpatient for several days.
I have found the hospital and it's staff to have welcoming and caring ethos.

All the reception, nursing and catering staff were exceptional. I felt very looked after and cared for. The anaesthetist was very reassuring and post op recovery was super quick. I would definitely recommend.

I had cysts removed from the corners of my eyes by Mr Sachin Salvi, I am very happy with the results as one of the cysts was very large and unsightly. Mr. Salvi and his nurse looked after me very well and explained everything clearly.
