Receptionists was extremely helpful and understanding. Also the nurse was very helpful and gave my son the right treatment straight away. I was very disappointed with the hospital as I had been there at 4 am- 8 am and hadn't received any treatment for my son's wheezing and short of breath. The I came here and was treated straight away. The doctors surgery was rubbish with no appts available too.
