The staff here all very nice, caring and helpful. The care I have been given has been 1st class. My surgeon and her team are amazing.
Whilst recovering a little TV room could be useful.
I recently had a hernia op at chichester treatment centre , pagham ward and I would like to let all staff know how fantastic they all were . ( I didnt manage to write in the book as i was last out and very tired) I was very nervous on the day and suffer with anxiety anyway but the ward nurse and in fact all staff made me feel at ease , everything was explained to me which helped my anxiety. I was very well looked after I cannot fault this team at all, they all work well together and made me feel like a person and not just a number which is the best thing for customer care and this in fact calmed me down and I was becoming less anxious . They also kept my partner up to date and discussed my after care with her too.
Thank you once again , I am glad I did come from worthing to chichester.

Neither good nor bad.
Nurses extremely busy- more of them would be welcome.
Care and attention was good.
Excellent care. I don't know how it can be improved.
Absolute brilliance from all staff, 10/10, patient care devoted and after my treatment elsewhere, I can say it felt like I was in private care.
Thank you all so much.
Very friendly and efficient staff. Introductions at the start of every shift were reassuring. Room kept clean and tidy.
Brilliant care from staff. Was well looked after. Staff very caring and quick to respond.
Staff lovely, particularly Sandra.
To improve, potentially ask different departments to discuss problems- perhaps staff nurses could flag up problems to other departments.
