Great nursing and HCA staff. Very kind and considerate. Time spent with consultants and mannerisms could be better. Very rushed and inconsistent.
Great all round friendly smiles.
The nursing and care staff were approachable, friendly and easy to talk to. The food and drink were very good.
The ward at night is noisy and disrupts sleep- but I do recognise this is difficult to avoid!
Little understanding of the issues around my disability and not unwilling just unaware.
The staff in Chilgrove were lovely, they looked after me really well. Very caring and helpful.
Everything was really good and quick.
On arriving at the hospital at 7.30am we wasnt sure if we should wait in the suite on the ground floor or go upstairs to Pagham Ward. We went up but was told normally people waited downstairs! Staff were nice and showed us into a waiting room but we felt awkward. Catering lady was excellent.Smiley and couldn't do enough to ensure I had enough to eat & drink. Friendly nursing staff especially Odette & Nicole on Chilgrove Ward. Excellent people skills.
Very good friendly staff who care about there patients. Nothing seems to be a problem.
A radio to listen to.

Nurses were very attentive and caring. I was kept up to date with my situation very well.
The shower was flooding and had to put towels on the floor for two days before it got fixed.
There was a little confusion with the time I could be discharged.
Fantastic staff on Chilgrave Ward - so patient & caring.
