Dealt with sensitively especially when I cried.
I was left alone for long periods of time twice, roughly 10-20 minutes.
This isn't a complaint though, just an observation as I know how busy it can be.

All the staff we saw were excellent, efficient, calm and kind even though it was a very busy day I was not made to feel rushed.
