Very friendly caring staff who cannot do enough for their patients. Exceptionally clean and a very welcoming environment. All appointments are carried out on time and the ‘in- patients’ experience excellent quality healthy food. Highly recommended. Very difficult to improve their standards in all areas of the hospital.

I had amazing care and treatment at Chelsfield hospital. All staff, without exception, were friendly, caring, patient centred and had a welcome sense of humour. I cannot praise them enough and the outpatient care from the physiotherapists was instrumental in helping me recover quickly and effectively. All staff were positive, cheerful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you Chelsfield Hospital.

I have been attending this hospital for many years and having spent a combined total of six weeks as an inpatient can testify that the care is excellent. The staff are knowledgable, efficient and sympathetic, the food is excellent. Should I ever have the misfortune of having to once again be an inpatient, this is the place I would want to be.

The staff at the hospital do not seem to know much regarding patient and family care. we were left alone for long periods and were not given much information. Staff also did not know actual procedures when requests were made of them.
