Admitted in 31/1/20 in A & E, I was transferred on 4th floor AAU. The care I received most particularly by the night team was excellent. It wasn’t my first emergency visit but my longest in AAU. I’m in awe of the nurse Samantha’s efficiency, knowledge and utter professionalism. We had very difficult patients on this ward B, trying to the extreme. This nurse was not only unflappable but her briefing to day staff at the end her shift for day’s team, the best I’ve ever seen. Thank you Samantha, Cindy & the whole night and day team. So impressed.
