I have conditions where I am treated at various hospitals but this one is the best by far. The urogynae team under consultant Mr Mike Stafford are out of this world and I am very lucky to be treated here.

From my first visit to A & E through to my operation, I have seen the staff here having to deal with drunk abusive patients through to elderly and some what impatient patients and at all times all of the Doctors and nurses have handled themselves proffesionally and curteously.The level of care received was as good as any I have received both in the UK and abroad, including the USA where I lived for 7 years. Well done all staff you are not apprecated enough!!!!!!!

The surrounding areas did not smell clean. Great care and attention should be made in this area.
In my opinion improvement is required.

The hospital is modern and clean and all the staff that I dealt with were professional, caring and very helpful.

I have been attending Chelwest for over 5 years for various health conditions. My care in all depts and wards has been excellent. My only concern is that the cleaning of some areas in the surgical ward could and should be of a higher standard given the nature of the ward. The outsourcing of the cleaning in order to save money needs to be improved.
