This place in King's Lynn provides secondary Mental Health services in King's Lynn from Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust - Via a referral from your GP.
The services are shocking. Lack of knowledgeable staff . You won't even be allocated a care coordinator and will be left to suffer on your own. This place should be closed down.
Chatterton House is not based at the hospital- it is based at Goodwins Road, King's Lynn , PE30 5PD
