I had my biopsies done as a NHS patient. I have received nothing but kindness from everyone at every level in the Breast unit.

All the team were polite and treated me as an individual. However, unfortunately, the ECG Department lost my form and had me waiting for 1 1/2 hours.

Delaying cancer care for my brother by months due to.covid offering very little support not being there to ask questions and when was an issue telling him to go to A&E with everyone else. Covid it seems trumped cancer and there was no emotional support. When compare with the hospice care he received the comparison is stark. Caring professionals who cares for my brother and his very upset grand relatives.

Very well organised.
Staff lovely and caring.
Meals were very good.
Would definitely recommend to anyone having to go into hospital.

I had a total knee replacement about 4 weeks ago, I was in Ward 7 South and all the staff including the cleaners and catering staff, Physiotherapists and all the nursing staff who were fantastic to me even when I was complaining about my pain and bothering them which I apologise for now, What a great team they are.

Charing Cross is a wonderful hospital. I received amazing treatment from doctors, nurses, surgeons, oncologists, phlebotomists and reception staff. It always felt like a secure, happy place. Special thanks to everyone in the chemotherapy unit who stayed cheerful and helpful despite being constantly on their feet and with little time for breaks. Thank you to everyone who works for the NHS - you have my thanks and admiration.
