Yesterday I had elective surgery on my ankle. From arriving at the hospital to leaving, the care, professionalism, communication and proficiency of staff was exemplary. Special thanks to Mr Bakhshayesh, Dave, Magda and many whose names I didn’t catch including the anaesthetist, staff nurse, student nurse and physiotherapist. I felt that I was treated as an individual with dignity, humour and kindness.
