Very good service all round. Things were explained well. Flexibility was evident which is good when you have to balance work appointment.
I did overhear (couldn't avoid it) information discussions about other patients which must surely not comply with info. Gov regs I wouldn't want conversations about me to be carried out in front of other patients. I also heard derogatory comments about a consultant.
My physio (Cath) was very professional however.

Totally patient centric. Staff were great, professional, approachable. Most importantly it worked, I got moving and reduced my medication significantly.

Careful assessment of problem and physio flexible and changing to address different areas as they changed. Encouraging at all times and prepared to do extra to find answers to questions. Improved, waiting time to seeing physios initially from referral very long.
