Nursing staff were very helpful and attentive. I didn't feel bothered about asking for anything and the standard of care was very high and professional. Ward clean and beds comfortable. (Thank you for Jane who was extra helpful and sensitive)

The nursing staff and support staff were excellent. Pharmacy seem overrun and end of day tablets not arriving has seen more than one case of beds being occupied extra nights when patients ready to go home. Poor communication seems to be an issue

Staff friendly, polite, entertaining. Liason/Discussing betwen Therapy Departments could improve, so that patients aren't confused by 2 possible answers and/or solutions.
