My MOHS surgery for a skin graft on my left shin was carried out at the hospital by Dr Hussain in April 2016 as one of his private patients at the Nuffield. The hospital was very clean tidy and the department very we'll run. The nurses could not have been kinder. I went to Mr Hussain's clinic there for wound dressing after the graft and was very reassured by the care I received whilst under Dr Hussain's care.
I was happy the way everything was carried out and the way i was treated
I have not much to say. Everything was efficient and faultless. All those involved were as helpfull as possible. Made the experience so much easier to deal with.
the staff were very good however they lacked supervision.
Shortage of staff was a problem on occasions patients having to wait some 25 minutes when the call button was pressed
Staff promised to deal with patients needs then forgot what they were doing
Kind staff, caring. very interested in each patient.
Clean hospital.
All cleaning, catering was very good and usually punctual.
Staff were helpful, however, punctuality was not always good such that blood sugar tests for e.g frequently missed their slots to avoid meals.
Transportation to other hospitals sites were awful with collections up to 1 and 1/2 hours late.
Generally difficult to get information/decisions regarding treatments, outlooks.
My personal care was outstanding with prompt attention when needed. Is the consideration of patient exercises that causing the privilege to be abroad! (i.e extended mobile phone concentration needing in staff being belayed in carrying out their task).
Specific "no mobile periods"!!!
More equal space of consideration.
Great staff, very patient and understanding. Even the house keepers were pleasant. I was very well looked after the whole time I was here.
