My experience was 99% positive
The staff are all very helpful especially the ones who cared for me in recovery and the ward I was placed on after surgery ,nothing was too much trouble for them
The couple of negatives are the food option available after arriving on the ward after surgery was a very poor option after being nil by mouth for over 12 hours.
Also the delays on the day of my operation were not great sat around for so long and also as I could not eat or drink anything for such a long period of time
But overall a positive experience
Very satisfied.
I have been having Physiotherapy since Oct 2020 for a proximal fracture of the humorous
I have have face to face appointment s and phone calls
I have had professional treatment during this time especially during a pandemic
I felt safe I had the exercise explained to me and given positive encouragement
I am still recovering but feel confident I will make a full recovery
Many thanks to the dept
I can't think of any suggestions to improve care
I have always had excellent care from the lovely, kind staff at Chapel Allerton, they are always a friendly & professional team.
From start to finish my whole experience at chapel Allerton hospital was first class ,every member of staff were very helpful in getting me sorted and answer any questions I had.
Every thing is good about this hospital .My elderly father was was in Chapel Allerton , and was very difficult and could be abusive , due to his illness ( he didn't know what he was doing)but the nurses were fantastic , and looked after him very well .I kept apologizing for his behaviour, but they said it was his illness and not to worry.
I have also had other friends and family looked after there and all had very good reports on their stay.
It is a lovely clean , caring place to be if you are ill, and the staff are lovely and can't do enough for you.
I highly recommend it .
The staff made me feel at ease when I was so nerves of having my first ever operation ,Mr palan my consultant did a most wonderful job of my hip replacement ,I think they ,could warn you that you may vomit after the operation and it's nothing to worry about ,all in all my stay in chapel allerton hospital was very comfortable and staff could not do enough for you ,if you do everything they tell you to do you will have great success from your new hip replacement , Mr palan and his team gave me a new lease of life thanks to all involved
My care was 1st class, can't fault it.
All staff were professional, caring & friendly. Excellent service.
Very appreciative of the care and understanding of Dr Hussain and the staff in a somewhat significant skin graft
Very friendly atmosphere but also very professional. The hospital was clean and plenty of facilities available
