Wide metal tape measure used to measure disabled people. Hit my son in the face with the locked extended tape. No health and safety officer on site, we were told there was one in the local hospital but they didn't know the name. In a room of 6 staff, my son and I were bullied by irrelevant questions about his birth and subsequent disability, he is 23 we both found it to be very distressing Avoid.
