Have visited the centre many times with my daughter who has CP - we have attended many clinics and have always received great care. They actually talk to my daughter about the session and explain what will happen and who every is in the room. They are always respectful, kind and considerate and we have received excellent service and treatment - Highly recommend all services provided by this organisation.

Wide metal tape measure used to measure disabled people. Hit my son in the face with the locked extended tape. No health and safety officer on site, we were told there was one in the local hospital but they didn't know the name. In a room of 6 staff, my son and I were bullied by irrelevant questions about his birth and subsequent disability, he is 23 we both found it to be very distressing Avoid.
